I don't know if these girls are new...There's four of them: Liv (raven-haired), Katie (brunette), Sophie (blonde) and Alexis (dark skinned) 
They appear to have jointed arms, acrylic eyes and changeable wigs. These features are a plus, along with the $20.00 price line. I see them as mature high school girls. Their clothes and hair are the type you see on girls in their late teens. They are also 13 inches tall according to the website. I like them overall, but their hands are rather small. I'm very curious to see what they look like in person.
